We Love Newbies

If you are new, please arrive 10 minutes before class begins to meet your instructor and get a demo of the machine. For both safety and sanitary reasons, grip socks are required in all classes. Don’t have any? You can purchase them in studio!

Our instructors are here to help. Feel free to ask questions and listen to them guide you through the moves. While the first class may seem intimidating, please understand that it is usually the second or third class where most people actually “get it” and the movements start to make sense. The workout can provide a ton of health and fitness benefits. You will see results fast, we promise!
