For sanitary and safety reasons, socks with grips are required and are available for purchase. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
All clients must be at least 16 years old. Clients between the ages of 16-18 will require a signature from a parent or guardian in-studio.
We do offer a Monthly Unlimited Membership. You can book up to (1) one class a day, every day! The Monthly Unlimited Membership auto-renews every month. The day your monthly expires, your account will automatically purchase you another month under the same terms. If you’re a Monthly Unlimited Member and you no-show for or late cancel (less than 12 hours notice) a class you will incur a fee.
Please try to arrive prior to class time. If you are more than 10 minutes late to class you will be denied entry for your safety and the experience of all clients. If you are new to Luxe you will not be able to join class after it has started.
Classes cannot be switched less than 12 hours in advance of the start of class. However, you may show up as a walk-in for another class that same day if a spot is available, it’s yours!
No problem! We have a 12 hour class cancellation policy. That means you can cancel up to 12 hours before the class start time and the class will be credited back to your account.
If you need to cancel a reservation, log in to your account, go to My Info, click My Schedule and click Cancel next to the class time. If you have trouble canceling or have any questions, email, or call us.
If you are using a class package or single class, you will lose your class credit. If you have a membership, you will be charged a $25 fee for no showing or $20 fee for late-canceling.

If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. If you do not get a spot in the class, the class credit will be returned to your account. If a spot opens, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation.
All classes have a 12 hour cancellation policy, so if you’re added to a class from the waitlist more than 12 hours before the start of class, be aware the 12 hour cancellation still applies. If you no longer want a spot in the class, you will need to remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours in advance of the class. If you are added to the class and fail to remove yourself in time, you will lose the class credit.
To check your waitlist status, log in to your account, select My Info and click My Schedule. If you got into class it will say “WAITLIST UNCONFIRMED.” If you do not want this class, be sure to remove yourself or notify us and we’ll cancel your reservation.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase. All merchandise must be unwashed, unaltered, and unworn with the original tags attached. All garments are subject to inspection. Refunds will only be issued in the form of account credit.
We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, if merchandise does not comply with our return policy (worn, washed, without tags, outside the 14 day period, etc.)
All sales are final: classes are not eligible for transfer, exchange, or refund. If you need to cancel less than 12 hours before the class start time, you will lose the class credit.
We take safety and security very seriously. For this reason, we use closed-circuit security cameras within our facilities.
All clients are required to sign a New Client Waiver prior to participating in any classes at Lagree Luxe. Lagree Luxe, LLC is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belonging while attending a class. Classes at Luxe may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury. Neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Lagree Luxe, LLC or its member for any personal injury or property damage/loss whether caused by negligence or otherwise. The required waiver removes all liability from Lagree Luxe LLC and authorizes Lagree Luxe to change the credit card on file for late cancels and no shows.
