OPERATIONS MANAGER | HEAD COACH

The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall experience of our clients along with overseeing day-to-day operations of all studios. As the main point of contact for our clients (and the wing-woman to our owner) our Operations Manager will provide exceptional customer experiences with a welcoming, friendly personality through all client communication. This includes delivering the best-in-class experience, setting the standards for other coaches, and responding to clients & instructors in a timely manner. While also acting as Head Coach, the Operations Manager will provide a high level of team development through ongoing training and feedback for all instructors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Head Coach & Team Development Leader

- Serving as the Lagree Luxe studio’s head coach, maintaining a full schedule of 15 classes per week plus subbing as needed.
- Responsible for three annual Lagree Trainings. Providing coach development to new instructors, delivering feedback & providing in-person support for the team.
- Delivering a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience consistent with Lagree Luxe standards, while serving as an example and setting the expectations for new and existing coaches.
- Ongoing training for existing instructors while conducting regular performance reviews.
- Partner with the owner to assist with sourcing and hiring new instructors, develop a pipeline of potential talent for long-term growth, and raise engagement from skilled team members.
Studio Operations

- Main contact for all communication with coaches to help the studios run smoothly. Be available for questions or emergencies.
- Manage operations team with ordering supplies, restocking of retail / socks, and organization of studios.
- Ensure each studio is clean, maintained, and safe. This includes helping with light vacuuming and cleaning between weekly professional cleanings.
- Regularly inspect equipment for damage or wear and help tighten machines when needed.
- Maintaining product knowledge for all studio operations, including class packages, current promotions, memberships, and apparel.
Manage Client Experience

- Remotely answer phone calls, emails and texts in a professional manner and deliver excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns.
- Timely follow up with all prospective and existing clients.
- Help get clients off from the waitlist and into classes by checking waitlists often within the hour before class starts.
Community Marketing

- Assist team with social media, providing topics and gathering imagery / videos, and creating IG ads.
- Coordinate promotions and community activities with other small businesses. Typical events are bingo games, summer challenges, and anniversary parties.
- Lead outreach and marketing efforts as necessary to scout new clients and create long-term partnerships in the community.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- This is a permanent, full-time position with an expected 40 hours per week (including 15 classes coached + subbing).
- 3+ years of fitness management or relevant related experience (hospitality, retail, food/beverage, etc.).
- 3+ years of teaching fitness experience (does not need to be Lagree or Pilates)
- Enthusiasm for the Lagree Luxe brand. A strong fitness background and willingness to learn Lagree is required. Lagree Certified is a plus.
- Availability for full-time work during non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to train, lead, motivate, and delegate to a team of instructors.
- Exceptional written and oral communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, with a can-do optimistic attitude.
- Passionate about helping others become the strongest version of themselves and achieve their goals.
