Christa has always been a workout fanatic, playing soccer, running cross country and doing Pilates, but it was when she discovered the Lagree method that a light bulb went on. She had been injured from running and her physical therapist suggested low-impact workouts. She was on a mission to find something good for her body, but also challenging, efficient, effective, and fun. Lagree was the perfect solution! It is high intensity, but low impact and easy on the joints and spine. Inspired by how significantly the workout changed her physique and stress levels, she decided to launch Lagree Luxe and help inspire others to reach their mind and body goals.
