For sanitary and safety reasons, socks with grips are required and are available for purchase. There are NO exceptions to this rule.

All clients must be at least 16 years old. Clients between the ages of 16-18 will require a signature from a parent or guardian in-studio.

We do offer a Monthly Unlimited Membership. You can book up to (1) one class a day, every day! The Monthly Unlimited Membership auto-renews every month. The day your monthly expires, your account will automatically purchase you another month under the same terms. If you’re a Monthly Unlimited Member and you no-show for or late cancel (less than 12 hours notice) a class you will incur a fee.

If it is your first time at Lagree Luxe, please arrive 10 minutes prior to the class start time to check-in on the Ipad and get a review of the machine. If you are new and arrive late, you will need to reschedule due to safety reasons.

If you have been to a class before and arrive 5 minutes after your class start, your spot may be given away to a walk-in client. If you arrive later than 10 minute, you will not be able to take the class for safety reasons. Late and no show fees still apply, since this results in an unused spot.

We unfortunately can’t do same day switches without a penalty at this time.

If you need to cancel a reservation, log into your account on our website or our app. On the app, click the home button, click on the class, then click cancel and confirm cancellation. On our website, click login, reservations, view reservation, then Cancel reservation and confirm cancellation. You will receive an email right away confirming the cancelation.

You may freeze your membership two times per calendar year for 30-90 days. There is a $15 monthly fee for all holds. Freezes do not need to follow your billing cycle. We require a 15 day notice and can’t freeze within 7 days of your auto-renewal. If you are within 7 days of your auto-renewal, we recommend freezing as soon as your card runs, and you can use that full month when you return! After the freeze your membership will automatically reactivate.

No problem, we just need 30 days’ notice by email before your auto-renew to cancel the membership. If you are on a contract, you will need to complete that before we can cancel or downgrade your membership. If your membership if currently frozen, you will need to unfreeze and then provide the 30 days’ notice.

If you need to downgrade, we need 15 days’ notice by email before your auto-renew date. Downgrades require a 2 month contract.

 

 

Late Cancels – all classes require a 12-hour cancellation notice. If you cancel a class within the 12-hour window, that is considered a late cancel and you will be charged a fee of $20.  **All memberships will be charged in addition to losing the class credit.

No Shows – If you fail to show up for a class you are signed up for, you will receive a $25 fee. **All memberships will be charged in addition to losing your class credit. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. Please visit the class schedule for updates.

Registering for the waitlist is just like registering for a class. If your plans change, please remove yourself from the list before you get into the class.

You may be automatically added into class up to 1-hour before class start time. In the event this happens, you will be notified via email. You can cancel anytime BEFORE getting into class OR 12 hours in advance to avoid penalty fees.

You will receive an email once you are confirmed off the waitlist and into a spot in class! To check your waitlist status, you may also log in to your account on the website or app to see future reservations.  Late and No show penalties do apply if you get into a class off the waitlist and can’t attend. If you do not want this class, be sure to remove yourself BEFORE getting into class OR 12hr in advance. 

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of purchase. All merchandise must be unwashed, unaltered, and unworn with the original tags attached. All garments are subject to inspection. Refunds will only be issued in the form of account credit.

We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, if the merchandise does not comply with our return policy (worn, washed, without tags, outside the 7 day period, etc.)

All sales are final: classes are not eligible for transfer, exchange, or refund. If you need to cancel less than 12 hours before the class start time, you will lose the class credit.

Please read this privacy policy before using the site or submitting any personal information. By using the site, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy. All clients are required to sign a New Client Waiver prior to participating in any classes at Lagree Luxe. Lagree Luxe, LLC is not responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belonging while attending a class. Classes at Luxe may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is a risk of personal injury. Neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Lagree Luxe, LLC or its member for any personal injury or property damage/loss whether caused by negligence or otherwise. The required waiver removes all liability from Lagree Luxe LLC and authorizes Lagree Luxe to change the credit card on file for late cancels and no shows.
